Plain terms for the two things we sell: a $4.99 keepsake of your own reading, and a $4.99 gift reading for someone else.
A short video of your own reading — your cards turning over, one by one, while your written interpretation is read aloud — and the audio of that narration on its own. Both are yours to download and share. The price is $4.99 (USD), paid once through Stripe; we never see your card details.
After payment you land on your keepsake page, and the same link is emailed to the address you gave Stripe, along with a separate receipt. We make the video on our side — it takes about 8 minutes — and email you again the moment it is ready; you can watch the page while it works, or close it and come back. Once made, it is saved with us so the link plays it whenever you return.
A gift is a link that entitles whoever opens it to one reading with its keepsake video, already paid for. You give the name it is for, and we send you the link as soon as you have paid. You can forward it yourself, or give us the recipient's email address and a date and we will send it for you that morning.
The reading is not yours to choose. Whoever opens the gift picks their own spread and asks their own question, or none, and turns the cards themselves. We never write a reading about someone from what you tell us.
A gift can be redeemed once. Opening the link does not use it up — only finishing a reading does — so it can be looked at and come back to. Anyone holding the link can redeem it, so treat it as you would a gift card and send it only to the person you mean.
A gift is valid for one year from the day it is bought. After that the link stops working and cannot be redeemed. If it has not been used, we will send up to three reminders before then — at about a fortnight, at two months, and a fortnight before it expires — to the recipient if we have their address, and otherwise to you.
A keepsake or a gift that has not arrived, will not play, or is not what was described: write to us and we will put it right, which may mean remaking it or refunding you.
A gift that is simply never redeemed is not refunded, and neither is one that has expired. That is why we send the reminders. If something about your gift has genuinely gone wrong — it never reached the person, or the link will not open — that is not an unredeemed gift, and we will sort it out.
A keepsake page, its video and its audio stay available for one year from the day the video is made. For a gift, that year starts when the reading is laid, not when the gift was bought. Download the files if you want them for longer.

A purchase record holds your email address, the cards and question of the reading, its interpretation, and the files. A gift record holds the name you gave it to, and the recipient's email address and your message if you asked us to send it — we use those only to deliver the gift and the reminders above, and never for anything else. Nothing is tied to an account.
